ABOUT
I am Aline Martins de Carvalho, nutritionist, PhD in Public Health Nutrition at the University of São Paulo (USP), Brazil. I was a visiting scholar at Harvard and University of Michigan.
I am a professor at the School of Public Heath at the University of Sao Paulo (USP) and the coordinator of Sustentarea, Extension Program at USP.
My main interests are sustainable diets and effective methods to change food habits.
Through my blog, I aim to study, promote and increase awareness about this important issue.
